Prior to Talkmap, Palmer was the former CEO of Streambase, named Tech Pioneer by the World Economic Forum, and general manager of analytics and data products at TIBCO. In these roles, Palmer has been responsible for creating 17-time-leading software products in the AI, real-time, data science, and database industry.

Palmer is a longtime expert in the areas of AI, data, and dynamic learning. Named by Time Magazine as “A Tech Pioneer Who Will Change Your Life,” Palmer has touched many areas within this field. In addition to being inducted into the Infoworld Technology Innovator Hall of Fame, and being named a CDO Magazine Leading Voice in Data, Palmer has also written a significant amount of industry material. He has written for publications such as Nightingale, Forbes, and the Data Leadership Collaborative in addition to co-authoring “10 Things To Know About ModelOps,” published by O’Reilly. Palmer has completed additional patent work in AI bias mitigation, dynamic learning, and AI model operationalization.
